On October 25, 2006 the Lviv Employment Center together with National Polytechnic University has organized 13th Fall Career Fair. The annual event is traditionally popular with recent graduates from technical institutions as well as young professionals, specializing in engineering and technical sciences. With IT sphere being one of the most dynamically growing in Western Ukraine, the substantial number of young jobseekers are interested in employment opportunities in software development industry. The reason for this tendency is rather obvious: IT jobs are standing out in the list of technical vacancies for high salaries, favorable compensation and social packages as well as unlimited opportunities for professional growth. Five out of the fifteen Lviv higher education institutions offer degree programs in computer sciences and information technologies, with approximately 1,300 IT specialists graduating annually.

The introductory section of Intellias corporate presentation at the Fall Career Fair 2006 has provided insights on company HR policy, employee benefits and corporate values.
